The Dry Scroll Vacuum Pump generates a clean, oil-free primary vacuum using two interleaved scrolls, eliminating the risk of hydrocarbon backstreaming. It is the preferred backing pump for turbomolecular systems used in mass spectrometry, electron microscopy and other contamination-sensitive applications.
